📋 Description

• The Delivery and Implementation Lead will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery and implementation of our products and services to dairy manufacturing clients. • This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of our solutions. • The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. • Lead the delivery and implementation of projects from initiation to completion. • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase. • Identify and mitigate risks to project success. • Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and progress. • Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement. • Mentor and guide junior team members. • Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field. • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a delivery or implementation role. • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA). • Agriculture background or experience preferred. • PMP or similar certification preferred.
