• Minimum of 8 years of experience, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction, relationship-building, and proven delivery leadership leading to repeat business. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field. • Proven experience managing delivery teams daily as part of the SDLC lifecycle, with a strong command of both agile and more traditional project management practices. • Experience in a consulting environment with demonstrated delivery success across various technology platforms and client industries. • Experience in managing cross-platform delivery, especially with Salesforce and MuleSoft, is preferred, but a demonstrated ability to adapt and quickly learn new technologies is equally valued. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an emphasis on cultivating long-term relationships with various organizational stakeholders and inspiring confidence and trust. • Ability to directly manage cross-functional delivery teams across clients, vendors, and Green Irony. • Industry experience in strategic sectors such as transportation & logistics, travel & hospitality, or related fields is highly valued. • Adaptability to quickly learn new technologies and platforms as part of delivery management responsibilities. • Willingness to travel up to 20% if required.
