Requirements

• Proven Product Management Expertise: Strong background in product management, ideally with experience in ecommerce, SaaS, or print-on-demand services. • Leadership & Accountability: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, take full ownership of product outcomes, and drive the product forward. • Partnership Management: Experience building and managing vendor and partner relationships, particularly in the print or production industries. • Agile Methodology Proficiency: Experience leading Agile development processes, including sprint planning and managing product backlogs. • Global Focus & Market Knowledge: Understanding of global ecommerce markets, particularly the print-on-demand landscape, and the ability to scale products across regions. • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track key metrics, and use insights to inform product decisions and strategy. • Sustainability Advocate: Passion for sustainable business practices and experience incorporating eco-friendly solutions into product offerings. • Tool Expertise: Proficiency in industry-standard tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Miro for product management and team collaboration.
