• Oversee and optimize the end-to-end GTM operating framework • Collaborate closely with Revenue Operations, Business Operations, IT, Data, and Transformation teams • Drive strong adoption of processes and systems across GTM teams • Lead continuous process improvement efforts to support business growth and scalability • Manage and execute cross-functional strategic initiatives that support GTM strategy, growth, and transformation
• 7+ years in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Program Management within a GTM environment • Bachelors degree in business administration, Finance, Information Systems, related field or equivalent experience • Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing revenue processes • Strong understanding of GTM technology stacks (CRM, CPQ, BI tools) and system integrations • Experience ensuring data integrity and governance to support decision-making • Experience working closely with IT, Business Operations, and GTM teams to align processes and systems • Strong ability to lead and execute high-impact initiatives • Ability to clearly convey complex processes and initiatives to stakeholders at all levels
