📋 Description
• Everi is seeking a Technical Product Strategy Manager to lead and shape the strategic direction of a unique mobile gaming product. • This highly visible role is ideal for a technically savvy product leader with strong strategic acumen, proven experience managing cross-functional teams, and a passion for building customer-centric solutions in a fast-paced, regulated industry.
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Software Development, or Technical Strategy roles. • A technical mindset with deep understanding of how systems communicate, data flows, and software integrations. • Ability to think holistically and evaluate systems end-to-end, documenting processes, workflows, and solution impacts. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal — capable of simplifying complex topics for diverse audiences, including executives. • Hands-on experience in brick-and-mortar casino gaming or similar highly regulated industries is a plus. Experience in mobile and digital gaming would be advantageous. • Demonstrated experience working with Agile development, product lifecycle tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence), and technical requirements documentation (e.g., UML). • Working knowledge of SQL/NoSQL, scripting languages, and full-stack software development (Golang, iOS, Android in Linux environments desirable).
