Requirements

• 6+ years of B2B SaaS Professional Services experience, preferably managing implementation of supply chain, procurement, or transportation solutions. • Demonstrated exceptional project management skills. Strong knowledge of scheduling and organizing projects and use of Project Management software applications, such as Smartsheet, MS Project and equivalent. • Ability to exercise independent judgment and conflict resolution techniques, recognizing which issues should be escalated to higher levels for resolution. • Ability to work effectively and independently in an atmosphere of multiple projects, shifting priorities, and deadline pressures. • Strong knowledge of software implementation methodologies. • Excellent communication skills both with customers and within an organization. • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. • Knowledge of budgeting analysis and cost control practices. • Demonstrated ability to provide timely and effective support to users and first line support staff on highly complex problems involving multiple systems. • Demonstrated excellent listening and analytical skills to understand concerns and risks identified by customer. • Ability to collaborate in a team environment in a startup culture, demonstrated sense of ownership and initiative to solve problems and drive for completion. • Strong customer service skills and excellent problem-solving ability. • Bachelor’s degree with coursework in information systems, business, data analytics, supply chain, or equivalent experience is required. Formal training in project management strongly preferred.
