Description

•Trilogy Federal provides financial management, information technology (IT) consulting, program management services, and strategic consulting to federal agencies. •Seeking a highly qualified Project Manager-Scrum Master to lead a Nuvolo Operations and Maintenance project within the Veterans Health Administration (VHA). •Act as the single point of contact for all contractor-related matters, liaising with VHA stakeholders in a SAFe environment. •Requires experienced project manager with a proven track record in managing large-scale, complex projects. •Ensure successful delivery of mission-critical outcomes.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Healthcare, or a related field. •Minimum of four years of experience in project management within a large corporation or government agency (preferably within the healthcare sector). •Project Management Professional (PMP) certification •Proven experience managing large-scale programs, encompassing multiple projects with significant lifecycle budgets and complexity. •Strong understanding of project lifecycle processes, including planning, initiation, execution, monitoring, and closing. •Expertise in managing operations and maintenance projects, especially within the context of enterprise asset management or healthcare-related systems. •Working experience and application of Project Management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, SAFe) and SDLC understanding. •Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation and communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to variety of audiences. •Ability to interface well with end-users and client stakeholders across the organization. •Experience in detail-oriented consulting approach, leading/supporting using SDLC and/or Agile development projects with client service focus. •Self-starter able to work independently and within a team. •Flexibility and the ability to react to rapidly changing requirements. •Proficient in MS Office Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint.
