Description

• Manage all accounting and auditing functions supporting Evidence Action’s mission • Lead the global finance team, ensuring compliance and quality financial stewardship • Oversee Evidence Action's global financial operations

Requirements

• 10-15 years’ experience working in a finance role within a nonprofit with a global footprint • At least 5 years’ leadership experience • Bachelor’s degree in a related field • Led the annual audit process, the global consolidation, and the 990 filing within a nonprofit organization • Familiar with accounting software (Sage Intacct), intermediate proficiency in analyzing data in Excel • Team player who can work across a matrixed environment • Strategic in thinking and planning; turning open ended problems into solutions • Ability to iterate in real time and employ data for decision making • Passion for the mission of Evidence Action and creating value in international development • Experience leading teams in a growth-oriented role, with 5+ years supervising direct reports • Experience working with multi-currencies and multiple entities
