Description
• Lead and manage end-to-end SAP projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. • Utilize in-depth knowledge of SAP Work/Service Management, EAM, and ISU to design and implement solutions. • Advise clients on best practices and innovative solutions within the utilities sector. • Guide, mentor, and support project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and high performance. • Apply expertise in Customer Service and Device Management to enhance client solutions. • Oversee integration efforts between SAP modules and other systems. • Provide guidance and support for ECC to S/4 HANA migrations.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP project management with a focus on EAM, ISU, and Work/Service Management. • Proven track record in consulting within the utilities industry. • Demonstrated experience leading teams or work streams, with strong leadership and team management skills. • Deep understanding of SAP modules, including EAM, ISU, Work/Service Management, and Customer Service/Device Management. • Knowledge of ECC to S/4 HANA migration processes and best practices. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach.
