Description

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for cash posting function within revenue cycle • Ensure efficient and accurate posting of payments across the system • Lead a team responsible for operational, financial, compliance, and personnel activities related to cash posting • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and collaborate across order-to-cash continuum for process improvements • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving • Manage supervisory staff and monitor accounts receivable processes • Promote a team-oriented environment fostering effective collaboration • Ensure compliance with performance metrics and company procedures

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience working in the medical/healthcare billing area, with strong, demonstrated knowledge of revenue cycle operations • 5+ years of experience in a position with responsibility leading direct reports, including leadership roles • 5+ years of experience working with a third-party billing service provider or revenue cycle management software • Thorough understanding of medical billing processes • Deep familiarity with payer/insurance appeals and reimbursement processes • Knowledge and familiarization with Medicare billing regulations and reimbursement methodologies • Proficient with all Microsoft products with emphasis with Microsoft Office Excel • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship • Demonstrated ability to perform the Essential Duties of the position with or without accommodation • Excellent communication skills
