📋 Description
• Looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Account Manager to optimize and grow partner relationships. • Requires strong analytical skills, KPI-driven performance tracking, and revenue optimization expertise. • Manage a portfolio of partners to ensure robust growth. • Track and optimize key KPIs including lead to sales conversion rate. • Identify and execute upsell/cross-sell strategies to increase partner spend. • Collaborate with internal marketing team to enhance lead performance.
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years in account management, performance marketing, or lead generation. • Proven experience meeting KPIs in a lead-driven environment. • Strong data analysis skills: Excel, Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), or SQL. • CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred) for performance tracking. • Self-motivated, able to manage multiple accounts and projects. • Excellent communication skills for client presentations and reporting.
