β’ As a Sales Development Representative at Exnaton, you will join our 25 people team and shape the company and its vision from the ground up. β’ You will play a pivotal role in bringing a product to market that enhances the attractiveness of renewable energies. β’ The focus is on scaling up, requiring the establishment of the right go-to-market strategy and processes. β’ Lead generation, including conducting market research to identify new clients; β’ Customer acquisition, including active outreach to potential new clients and introducing our product to them; β’ Creation of sales materials, presentations and customized proposals based on customer discussions; β’ Close collaboration with colleagues in our Sales, Product and Marketing teams; β’ Gathering feedback and identification of customer needs for the continuous improvement of our product; β’ Support in business development with industry partners (e.g., SAP, bpc, Theben); β’ Being adaptable to evolving sales strategies and incorporating feedback for continuous improvement.
β’ Holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Sales, or related fields β’ Has a good understanding of diverse customer and stakeholder personas and can empathize with various perspectives β’ Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills that are essential for effective outreach and interaction with potential clients β’ Is capable of setting and communicating priorities, completing tasks, and meeting deadlines β’ Has a basic understanding of sales principles and a keen interest in learning and developing sales skills β’ Has an interest in digitalization and sustainability, as well as basic knowledge of renewable energies and energy systems, along with the motivation to delve into the complexity of the energy market β’ Is fluent in German and English (these are strict requirements; other languages are also a significant plus) β’ Is quick to learn and derive energy from interacting with people, and has no hesitation in engaging with unfamiliar individuals β’ Is a team player and feels comfortable in a dynamic startup environment.
