Description

• Create high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, API references, and release notes. • Collaborate with engineering, product management, and other cross-functional teams to gather technical information and specifications. • Translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise documentation that meets the needs of our customers and end-users. • Install, configure, and test our products and technologies in various environments to gain a deep understanding of their functionality and usage. • Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and reproduce software issues, ensuring accurate documentation of troubleshooting steps and workarounds. • Develop and maintain customer-facing documentation, including user guides, tutorials, and knowledge base articles. • Ensure that documentation is accessible, well-organized, and up-to-date, reflecting the latest product features, changes, and best practices. • Work closely with engineering teams to understand technical concepts, architecture, and implementation details, ensuring accurate and comprehensive documentation. • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers to gather information, address inquiries, and gather feedback to enhance documentation quality. • Contribute to the development and improvement of documentation processes, standards, and templates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Technical Communication, Engineering, or a related discipline). • Advanced degree preferred. • Proven experience (3+ years) as a technical writer, creating documentation for complex software products or technologies. • Strong technical background with expertise in Kubernetes, Containers, and Linux. • Startup experience is highly desirable, with a track record of working in fast-paced environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams. • Familiarity with HPC, EDA, or blockchain applications is a plus. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely. • Strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines. • Proficiency in documentation tools and technologies (e.g., Markdown, Git, Jira, Confluence). • Basic understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
