(ITC) is seeking an experienced Technical Writer to support our VA-ESOM- End Point Support and Operations Monitoring contract across the United States. • A Technical Writer must have experience in explaining highly technical data and information in simplistic grade school language for end users of complex IT systems and projects. • Must be able to use a variety of word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, and scheduling tools. • Must have experience in being able to gather and convert data into a written narrative. • Reporting to the Project/Program Manager, you will be responsible for creating technical documents and manuals, explaining complex information in a clear and concise manner, and engaging with stakeholders across the VA. • Candidate should be comfortable in a rapidly changing environment with competing and shifting priorities.

Requirements

• Associates or 2 years of Technical School - in computer science, electronics engineering or other engineering or technical discipline • 2+ years of relevant Experience • 4 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education • Possess effective verbal and written communication skills • Has excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and the project manager to determine delivery of the customer’s priorities • Ability to synthesize and analyze data, across different functions, multiple systems, internal and external sources • Advanced understanding of MS project, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, SharePoint • Clearance requirement • US Citizen or Green card holder • Willing and able to get a Public Trust Suitability clearance
