Description

• Founded in 2003, IT Concepts’ core values ensure we work together to be the best. • IT Concepts, Inc. (ITC) is seeking an experienced Technical Writer to support our VA-ESOM contract. • A Technical Writer must have experience in explaining highly technical data in simplistic language. • Must be able to gather and convert data into a written narrative. • Responsible for creating technical documents, explaining complex information clearly, and engaging with stakeholders. • Candidate should be comfortable in a rapidly changing environment with competing priorities.

Requirements

• Associates or 2 years of Technical School - in computer science, electronics engineering or other engineering or technical discipline • 2+ years of relevant Experience • 4 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education • Possess effective verbal and written communication skills • Has excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and the project manager to determine delivery of the customer’s priorities • Ability to synthesize and analyze data, across different functions, multiple systems, internal and external sources • Advanced understanding of MS project, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, SharePoint
