Requirements

• Some experience in customer support • Available in full-time • Strong communication skills and a customer first mindset • Native in Spanish and proficient in English and Mandarin • Experience in the banking or health insurance industry is a plus • Ideally, experience with helpdesk software (such as Zendesk)
