• Engage in business coaching and support for Retail centers • Drive franchise sales growth & increase business value through coaching • Facilitate annual business planning sessions • Review and coach marketing investments that support franchise strategies • Ensure recruitment & onboarding remain priorities of Franchise Partners • Ensure compliance with Expedia Brand Standards • Require 25% travel within North America
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration or related technical field; or equivalent related professional experience • A minimum 5 years’ experience in retail sales management in franchising, travel or a related field • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Results oriented with a strong desire to drive sales by developing and coaching people • Business insights and acumen with an emphasis on sales and marketing
