Description

• Lead engineering teams to deliver clean, secure, and sustainable applications • Balance efficient delivery with collaboration and experimentation • Cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous improvement • Guide teams on large scale projects to achieve business goals

Requirements

• 7+ years professional experience as an engineer, technical lead, or manager • Previous experience with database architectures (relational and nosql), containerization and orchestration • Understanding of software development in multiple programming languages (Go, Node, Python preferred) • Technical experience with cloud-native services in GCP, AWS, or Azure • Familiarity or aptitude for using data for continuous improvement • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and conflict management skills • Ability to inspire a diverse set of engineers • Experience delivering SaaS applications preferred
