β€’ As a Media Buyer, you will be responsible for planning, negotiating, and purchasing advertising space or time across various media channels such as Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Social Ads, Affiliate Marketing etc. to reach the target audience and achieve marketing objectives for Expertise.com’s clients. β€’ You will collaborate with internal teams, clients, and media vendors to ensure successful campaign implementation. β€’ Media Planning: Conduct research to identify target audiences and determine the most effective digital media channels for reaching them. β€’ Develop media plans that align with client goals and budgets. β€’ Negotiation and Purchasing: Negotiate with digital media vendors to secure favorable advertising rates and placements. β€’ Purchase advertising across various media platforms, including Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Social Ads, Affiliate Marketing etc. β€’ Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets to ensure efficient and cost-effective use of resources. β€’ Monitor and track spending, making adjustments as necessary to optimize campaign performance. β€’ Campaign Optimization: Monitor the performance of advertising campaigns in real time and make adjustments to optimize reach and engagement. β€’ Test and experiment with different media channels and strategies to improve campaign outcomes. β€’ Research and Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, audience behavior, and emerging media channels. β€’ Analyze campaign performance data to assess effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for future campaigns. β€’ Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as marketing, creative, and account management, to develop cohesive and integrated advertising campaigns. β€’ Communicate with clients to understand their goals and objectives, providing regular updates on campaign progress.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Analytical and data-driven mindset. β€’ A whiz with Excel and other data analysis tools. β€’ Proven experience (not an internship) as a media buyer or in a related role. β€’ Google and Bing Ads certified. β€’ Strong negotiation and communication skills. β€’ Knowledge of media planning tools and software. β€’ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. β€’ Familiarity with advertising regulations and compliance. β€’ Huge Plus if You Also Have: β€’ Meta Certification. β€’ Legal industry experience. β€’ Familiarity with Salesforce.
