β’ Perform outbound calling and initiate offline inquiries according to the targets defined by the campaign. β’ Understand the project procedures and processes on how we engage and provide value to clients. β’ Knowledge of customer data research. β’ Engage clients in phone conversations as their potential customers in a casual yet professional manner. β’ Gather predetermined data about the provider services. β’ Document conversations with precision and clarity. β’ Send feedback to stakeholders through masterfully crafted emails. β’ Keep up with numerous changes in the workplace, including but not limited to, processes, goals, and requirements, and still meet project expectations. β’ Highly motivated, process-oriented, and driven to meet deadlines and goals. β’ Keep track of personal productivity and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. β’ Maintain personal equipment in a tiptop shape to ensure maximum productivity and deliver through goals.
β’ Has proficiency in advanced written and verbal communication skills. β’ Has at least 1 year of outbound calling experience in a customer service environment, preferably in a work-from-home environment. β’ Has keen attention to detail and familiarity with the use of several remote work tools. β’ Has the proven ability to multi-task and think outside the box. β’ Strong computer skills and knowledge of Google Workspace, ClickUp, Notion, and Salesforce are a plus.
