📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • Our Ideal Candidate We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced digital advertising and marketing technology company. • The ideal candidate has a strong financial background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling. • You thrive in an environment that requires managing large datasets, analyzing trends, and delivering strategic insights that drive business decisions. • As the FP&A Analyst, you will provide excellence by: • Performing financial and business-related research and analysis, including preparing forecasts and analyzing financial reports, records, and trends. • Developing and maintaining spreadsheets and databases to facilitate financial analysis and reporting. • Managing corporate KPIs, budgets, and forecasts to support data-driven decision-making. • Conducting and documenting financial analysis projects to support strategic initiatives and business growth. • Partnering with internal stakeholders to analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights. • Creating financial models to assess profitability, efficiency, and cost-saving opportunities. • Identifying key performance indicators and working to improve financial reporting processes. • Assisting in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning and reporting cycles. • Supporting ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.
🎯 Requirements
• At least 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, corporate finance, or a related field. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide meaningful insights. • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including financial modeling, pivot tables, and advanced formulas). • Experience with financial reporting tools and ERP systems. • A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders. • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. • Experience in the digital advertising, marketing technology, or SaaS industry is a plus.
