Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in NPI and Sustaining Engineering roles, preferably in a technology-driven, fast-paced environment. • Strong technical background in hardware product development and manufacturing. • Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing teams and cross-functional projects. • Expertise in project management, including budget, schedule, and risk management. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex technical challenges. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners. • Experience with global manufacturing operations and supply chain management. • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma. • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements for hardware products.
