Description

• Manage our corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team • Collaborate with all business functions by providing relevant reporting, meaningful analysis and raising thoughtful questions • Map eyeo’s annual financial plan, monitor performance, and partner with the business to achieve and exceed those plans • Lead the company’s business planning, including annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting • Build deep relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams across the organization • Support in the monthly review of financial results to ensure accuracy and reliability • Partner with the Corporate Controller to prepare monthly and quarterly financial management reporting packages • Identify key drivers of variances in performance, recommend actions, and communicate key messages to senior management • Prepare and provide presentations for board and shareholder meetings • Partner with the People Ops department on financial and operational planning • Participate and lead in strategic data analysis, research and modeling • Implement and administer future financial planning tools • Partner with the Data and Analytics function to build scalable reporting • Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team • Handle special projects and assignments as required • Support in IPO readiness preparation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, or a related field (required) • Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Finance (preferred) • 7+ years of experience in FP&A, finance and/or analytical roles, with 2+ years of FP&A leadership responsibilities and people management experience • Mix of corporate and start-up / scale-up level experience (preferred) • Knowledge and skill with corporate planning tools and financial systems (NetSuite) (preferred) • Familiarity with accounting principles with the ability to translate those into financial statement modeling (required) • Fluency with SaaS metrics, business models and ability to explain to both senior and cross-functional audiences (preferred) • Strong analytical capabilities, with previous experience in data analysis (preferred) • Knowledge of the AdTech or MarTech space (advantageous) • Experience in public companies (advantageous)
