📋 Description

• Xcitium is seeking a dedicated and experienced Bilingual HR Specialist to join our team in Colombia. • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for US-based roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions. • Ensure compliance with US employment regulations, including EEOC, FLSA, I-9 verification, and other relevant labor laws. • Partner with US-based hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide guidance on best hiring practices. • Conduct background checks, reference checks, and ensure proper documentation for new hires. • Provide guidance on US payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations as needed. • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to build a fair and inclusive work environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Proven experience in US talent acquisition and HR practices. • Strong knowledge of US employment laws, including FLSA, EEOC, ADA, and I-9 processes. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to collaborate with remote teams and work across different time zones. • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail. • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR management tools. • Certification such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP is highly preferred.
