Requirements

•J.D. from an accredited law school and membership in good standing with the CA state bar. •10+ years of legal experience, with a strong background in technology, intellectual property, and corporate law. •Experience in a startup environment, preferably in a technology field/domain. •Demonstrated ability to engage in open and candid conversations about successes and challenges. We're seeking someone who can both give and receive feedback constructively, fostering a positive and productive working environment. •Proven ability to manage multiple legal areas in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. •Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise legal advice to non-legal stakeholders. •Strategic mindset with high tolerance for ambiguity and the ability to create structure and data-backed approaches to resolve, combining creativity with a keen business sense. •Strong strategic thinking and first principles problem-solving skills.
