• YOUR MISSION • We are an international team, remote first, tech scale-up company with more than 120 talented people, serving Central European markets and continuously expanding. • We are transforming the digital advertising industry and going head-to-head with giants such as Facebook and Google by providing constant innovation to our product. • With 17 nationalities as part of our team, we value diversity & camaraderie and with the perk of being able to work fully remote we value freedom & flexibility. • Are you looking to become part of this dynamic, international team? • Are you seeking a challenging position that offers you freedom and responsibility? • As a (Senior) Analyst Finance you will be assigned to run the day-to-day operations in our Finance department by putting data at the center of your work. • In this role, you will support and drive the reporting and external stakeholder management, putting our financial steering at the core of your work. • You support the growth of Factor Eleven into a thriving international, medium-sized company. • YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES • Independent preparation of monthly reports for stakeholders and shareholders • Driving annual financial statements together with external tax office • Preparation and support for the preparation of business evaluations • Project management support for Finance system introduction • (Pro-)active participation in the day-to-day operations of our Finance department • Communication with tax consultants, banks and other external service providers • Steering and management of external advisors for financial process optimization • Preparation of monthly and yearly close under IFRS • Sparring partner for management and internal business partnering for stakeholders • Collaboration with colleagues to drive process improvements and best-practice introduction • Driving special projects

🎯 Requirements

• Proven professional experience (typically 5+ years) in the relevant field of Finance • Successfully completed degree in Finance (Business / Accounting / Data) - certified / qualified chartered accountant and/or trained tax advisor is a plus • Fluent in German (C1) and English • In-depth knowledge of international accounting principles and financial reporting requirements; and / or Tax • Corporate Finance and Law background as well as international inter-company experience • Confident proficiency in MS Office • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail • Initiative, assertiveness and ability to work in a team and under pressure • Flexibility, commitment and high motivation • Forwardness, strong communication skills as well as goal and implementation orientation • Adaptability, pragmatism and “hands-on” mentality • Experience in managing projects and enjoyment in moving things independently and completing them independently
