• Factored was conceived in Palo Alto, California by Andrew Ng and a team of highly experienced AI researchers, educators, and engineers to help address the significant shortage of qualified AI & machine learning engineers globally. • We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. • As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and data solutions. • You will be responsible for understanding, analyzing, and documenting business processes and requirements to drive improvements, enhance efficiency, and support the successful delivery of projects. • The BA works closely with stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and technical teams, to ensure solutions align with organizational goals.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or related fields. • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with an interest in learning SQL. • Strong proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Proactive mindset with a focus on delivering value to the organization. • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. • Adaptability to rapidly changing business environments. • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams. • Interest in learning about the world of AI and data.
