Description

• The client is a leading music distribution and promotion company committed to helping artists grow their music careers. • They offer a range of services from playlist placements to marketing strategies. • They are seeking dedicated Sales Setters with a passion for music and customer service to join their growing team. • The Sales Setter will be responsible for finding and qualifying music artists through Spotify to purchase our client's music promotion services. • This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of music, and the ability to use a CRM effectively. • Search for potential music artists on Spotify • Qualify leads based on their eligibility for our client's services • Reach out to artists through Instagram, email, and other channels • Follow up with artists to schedule calls with the sales team • Maintain accurate records in the CRM

Requirements

• Passion for music and the music industry • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English • Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Spotify • Ability to use a CRM to track leads and manage sales pipelines • Persistent and results-oriented mindset • Previous sales or setting experience preferred
