Requirements
• Minimum of 10 years in consulting, business development, or partnership roles within the healthcare, wellness, or employee benefits industries. • Comprehensive understanding of the employee benefits consulting and brokerage landscape, including key players and market dynamics. • Proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with senior-level stakeholders at consulting and brokerage firms. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences. • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business growth and market expansion. • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority. • Ability to build a team from the ground up as we justify expansion.
