Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development or Project Management or related field. • Minimum of 10 combined years’ experience in Organization Design, Project/Program and/or Change Management. • Expertise in OD and change management strategies. • Understanding of the change process and methodologies. • Strong communication, presentation, and decision-making skills.
