📋 Description
Dandy is seeking a Director of Business Systems to lead core business systems development and optimization, focusing on NetSuite and Salesforce. Oversee NetSuite's administration, enhancement, and continuous improvement. Oversee Salesforce's development, customization, and integration with revenue operations. Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to optimize business processes. Manage and mentor a team of business systems analysts and administrators. Drive development and execution of system roadmaps. Monitor system performance and implement best practices for security and uptime. Lead and manage projects related to system implementations and enhancements. Provide executive-level reporting on system performance and project progress.
🎯 Requirements
Experience managing business systems with a primary focus on NetSuite and Salesforce. Extensive experience with NetSuite, specifically in inventory management, financial modules, and integrations with third-party systems. Strong background in Salesforce administration, customization, and integration with other business systems. Proven leadership and second-line management experience, with the ability to lead a cross-functional team. Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment is preferred. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to translate technical concepts into business solutions. Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives. Experience in the venture-backed/startup/tech space, with a track record of being agile.
