📋 Description

• The Director of Rebate Analytics provides leadership and strategic direction to a function of the Rebate Reporting & Analytics team within Prime. • Responsibilities include the oversight of reporting and analytic services, process improvements, and quality assurance programs. • Lead and direct the work of a team of analysts. • Evaluate all requests for change in reporting scope or requirements. • Develop reporting capabilities for new and existing Prime products. • Serve as thought leader in strategic projects to improve ROI and analytic maturity.

🎯 Requirements

• 8 years of PBM, Pharmacy Rebate or benefits consulting experience with financial services experience • 5 years of management/people leadership experience • Proficient in business intelligence tools (i.e. SAS, Tableau, Alteryx) and Microsoft Office • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Ability to effectively present complex information to a variety of levels within an organization • Ability to build a collaborative team and work effectively across functions, disciplines and/or other groups • Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship.
