• 5+ years of experience in strategy & operations roles in GTM functional areas • Prior education or experience in the health and medical space strongly preferred • High degree of comfort handling challenging situations • Experience in Client Success Management • Proficiency in effective communication, relationship building, and collaboration • Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills • Capable of leading and contributing as an individual to a team
