• CookUnity is a chef-to-you marketplace connecting talented chefs with consumers, revolutionizing meal delivery. • The Logistics Operations Manager will manage and optimize delivery operations. • Ensure execution of fulfillment and distribution processes at CookUnity. • Detail-oriented strategic thinker with experience in managing delivery fleets and leveraging data analytics.

Requirements

• Proven experience running a large-scale national delivery fleet operation, with specific experience in managing Logistical, fulfillment, quality, warehouse, packaging and shipping operations. Experience in the meal delivery or food industry is a plus. • Demonstrated experience collaborating with key stakeholders in project managing strategic solutions, from conception through implementation. • Strong analytical skills with experience in measuring KPIs, using data to identify solutions, and making informed decisions. • Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills such as pro-actively reviewing delivery schedules and routes to prevent errors that could lead to missed/delayed deliveries. • Strong verbal and written communication skills (Spanish fluency preferred). Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. • Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and critically such as devising a backup plan for order fulfillment when encountering unforeseen supply chain disruptions. • Team Player: Should be good at relationship building, enthusiastic about collaborating effectively with other departments, proactively offering support when needed, and contributing to a positive team culture. • Travel 25% (Across CookUnity Kitchen Locations or new locations opening up), Onsite Availability 50%.
