Description

• TextUs is the leading conversational messaging platform for mobile-first customer interactions. • We improve business outcomes by allowing organizations to have amazing, message-based conversations with their prospects, customers, and employees across their entire journey with the organization. • We are seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Manager to join our marketing team. • You will be responsible for managing and optimizing the marketing tech stack to drive operational efficiency, improve data-driven decision-making, and scale our marketing efforts. • You will ensure the seamless integration and functionality of our marketing tools.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, with hands-on experience managing HubSpot, Salesforce Sales Cloud, ChiliPiper, Outreach, Unbounce, Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and WordPress. • Strong proficiency in marketing automation, CRM systems, data integration, landing page optimization, paid search, and workflow automation. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and integrate data from Google Analytics (GA4) and other platforms, and provide actionable insights. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and technology teams to drive results. • Relevant certifications in HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Ads, or other marketing automation platforms are a plus. • Preferred: Experience in demand generation and lead nurturing strategies. • Preferred: Knowledge of additional marketing platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot) is a plus. • Preferred: Knowledge or experience using Webflow or additional no-code website platforms is a plus. • Preferred: Familiarity with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and data-driven decision-making. • Preferred: Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment is preferred.
