Description
• Streamline product development processes and ensure execution of product strategies. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product lifecycle management. • Oversee and streamline the entire product lifecycle, from feedback triage to launch. • Lead scoping, management, and execution of pilot programs for new products. • Partner with stakeholders to develop templates, standards, and best practices. • Ensure thorough UAT is completed for all products. • Identify opportunities to optimize product operations processes and improve communication. • Support the maintenance of critical documentation, ensuring compliance with standards.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in an operations role, preferably in product operations, project management, or solutions engineering. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. • Proven track record in managing the execution of product lifecycles from concept to market launch. • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Experience leading pilot programs and ensuring thorough UAT testing for product validation. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Client Success teams. • Proficiency in product management software and tools. • Experience managing Product Briefs and Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) or similar documentation. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. • Experience developing templates and operational processes to drive consistency and efficiency across teams.
