Description

β€’ We think it’s insane that so many people and businesses rely on notes to remember and share insights from their meetings. β€’ Notes are time-consuming and stressful to create while trying to hold a conversation. Even when done well, notes are a poor solution compared to hearing something first-hand. β€’ We started Fathom to rid us all of the tyranny of note-taking, and people seem to really love what we've built so far: β€’ Fresh off a successful round of funding, we're ready to expand our Sales team to support our rapidly growing self-serve customer base. We are looking to hire tech-savvy, experienced team members based in the Philippines to play a key part in delivering exceptional experiences to our prospects.

Requirements

β€’ Excellent verbal and written English skills (C1 or higher). β€’ Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales-assist or customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS environment. β€’ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with prospects via email and live demos. β€’ Strong self-motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. β€’ Ability to quickly learn and understand product details and differentiate between various plans. β€’ A growth mindset – you’re open to feedback and are coachable. β€’ Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach. β€’ Knowledge of CRM systems and basic sales tools is a plus. β€’ The ability to work 40 hours per week, fully remote, starting at 9pm PHT Monday - Friday.
