Description

•Responsible for the overall performance, security, and availability of the Firm’s network and infrastructure. •Responsible for implementing secure network and infrastructure solutions. •Responsible for remediating security vulnerabilities discovered in infrastructure. •Assesses the Firm’s current and future network and infrastructure needs. •Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, and support of all IT systems, including servers, virtual desktops, PCs, operating systems, telephones, software applications, and peripherals. •Provide expertise and support during system upgrades, installations, conversions, and security patching. •Oversee system development, enhancement, and integration of new systems with existing systems. •Work and communicate frequently with the CIO to develop strategies and plans to enhance client services, improve user effectiveness, and foster innovation. •Manage and develop IT staff to meet the changing needs of the firm’s technology. •Collaborate with the CIO to develop and implement IT policies and procedures, standard operating procedures, and best practices, including providing written protocols and guidance to IT staff and users.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field •10+ years of progressive IT experience, including experience in a multi-office environment preferred. •Experience working in a law firm environment required
