Description

• As the Director of Market Enablement you will develop and deploy an implementation support strategy designed to help operations and launch teams deliver state and local government programs. • Effectively communicate strategy and lead the implementation across the broader company. • Collaborate with existing utility clients, state energy offices, partners and stakeholders across program delivery to optimize program participation, attribution, client satisfaction and operations. • Identify and evaluate opportunities for process improvement in program delivery. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align market development initiatives with overall business strategies. • Support Business Development Growth Objectives. • Leverage existing relationships across state energy offices, NASEO, and/or Department of Energy leadership teams. • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support business development initiatives, including market entry strategies, RFP and Deal strategies, partnerships, and acquisitions. • Utilize background and experience to support the development of standardized approaches to Pre-RFP research needs for strategic advantages. • Partner with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Practice teams to identify target markets, customer segments, and product/service positioning strategies. • Provides thought leadership influence of the development of sales and marketing campaigns, based on market insights and competitive analysis. • Guide the collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data to identify trends, market dynamics, and customer insights to inform development of delivery practices. • Identify opportunities where we may be able to use our market research to promote CLEAResult as thought leaders, leveraging a data-centric approach.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in policy, business, economics, marketing, or a related field • Minimum of 8 years of energy industry experience, including policy, utility, implementation, etc. • Proven experience in market research, business strategy, preferable in the energy industry • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies. • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to align market development initiatives with overall business objectives. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
