Description

• OLAPLEX, Inc. is seeking a Director of Internal Audit to develop and maintain audit strategy. • Lead planning, execution, and reporting of audits across various functions. • Collaborate with management to develop a comprehensive audit plan. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational excellence. • Assist with annual enterprise risk assessment and monitor risks. • Manage Sarbanes-Oxley compliance program and oversee SOX testing.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or related Finance field • Minimum of 10 years of combined experience in Auditing, Accounting, Finance, Information Security, and Information Systems, including 3 years in a supervisory role • Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor or Certified Information Systems Auditor preferred • Strong interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills with experience interactive with and presenting to senior management-level personnel. • Strong analytical, risk assessment and problem-solving skills • Thorough understanding of U.S. GAAP, PCAOB, COSO Framework and other relevant controls frameworks and IIA Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing
