Description

• Support customer product information utilizing tools such as SharePoint Online to ensure accuracy and relevance. • Provide support of training and enablement programs to include registration and scheduling along with the creation and maintenance of distribution groups. • Work with stakeholders and other resources to identify customer needs and recommend communication or training solutions. • Utilize strong oral and written communication skills along with acute attention to detail and a high level of data integrity and accuracy to write, review and edit IS communications to support customer communication needs. • Review data analytics to ensure solutions are meeting customer needs and propose ideas for improving overall effectiveness. • May include the need for ad-hoc reporting to track business value. • Participate in cross-functional team initiatives and process improvement projects. • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office along with various other online applications as needed for the role.

Requirements

• Demonstrated understanding of high level Information Security practices • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with 3-5+ years of relevant work experience within Communications or Business support areas.
