Description

• You will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all our digital channels. • You should have a strong grasp of current digital marketing tools and strategies, and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. • People who excel in our business are people who innovate, “get” things quickly, continuously grow and develop, and relentlessly drive positive business impact.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years senior level digital marketing management experience, with a demonstrated track record of designing marketing systems and leading marketing teams to meet performance metrics. • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms (Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) and best practices • Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership capabilities with a history of professional success. • Comprehensive understanding of various marketing functions and principles, spanning campaign development, online advertising, social media content development, and marketing data analytics. • Demonstrable experience in people management and supervising marketing operational processes for optimum efficiency and productivity. • Capability to design or refine marketing structures and roles to increase efficiency, catering to evolving business requirements. • The ideal candidate would be familiar with the online coaching and business consultation space.
