• Mitgestaltung der strategischen Ausrichtung und des Wachstums von feld energy • Entwicklung und Implementierung von Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) sowie alternativen Monetarisierungsmodellen • Aufbau und Pflege von Partnerschaften mit landwirtschaftlichen Betrieben und Energieabnehmern • Analyse von Markttrends und Identifikation neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten im Bereich Agri-PV • Führung und Motivation eines engagierten Teams zur Erreichung unserer Unternehmensziele
🎯 Requirements
• Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Stromvermarktung, idealerweise mit Fokus auf PPAs und alternative Monetarisierungsmodelle • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich erneuerbare Energien und insbesondere der Photovoltaik • Unternehmerisches Denken und eine proaktive Arbeitsweise • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, Netzwerke aufzubauen • Teamorientierung und die Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
