Description

• Design, implement, and manage reliable, scalable systems for AI Meeting Assistant and platform features. • Optimize and maintain AWS infrastructure (EC2, RDS, cloud services). • Oversee and optimize Kubernetes clusters for availability and performance. • Enhance and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployments. • Set up and improve monitoring, logging, and alerting systems. • Work closely with engineering, product, and QA teams for feature development. • Use tools to automate infrastructure provisioning and management. • Lead root cause analysis and implement changes to prevent incidents. • Experiment with and adopt new technologies for performance and scalability.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in site reliability engineering or related field, strong understanding of cloud-based infrastructure. • Proficiency with Kubernetes, AWS, and databases. • Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog). • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI). • Strong problem-solving skills, proactive approach to reliability challenges. • Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. • Bonus: Experience with Pulumi, ElasticSearch, MLOps tools is valued.
