Description

• The Director, Retirement Chief of Staff supports strategic planning and execution of initiatives across the segment. • Works with the Retirement Management Committee to develop the Retirement Segment vision and strategic roadmap. • Monitor and track progress for key department initiatives. • Liaise with key stakeholders to organize and assist in moving key initiatives forward. • Support and execute the planning for offsite meetings, ensuring cohesiveness to meeting objectives. • Prepare executive-level communication materials to enhance management execution of strategies. • Work effectively across diverse teams to foster long-term partnerships. • Help eliminate roadblocks and ensure deadlines are met for key initiatives. • Identify and assess obstacles and recommend re-prioritization of initiatives for efficient execution. • Build relationships at various departmental levels for increased efficiency.

Requirements

• 8+ years of business experience, preferably from a variety of diverse roles. • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus. • Strong organizational skills and ability to lead through challenges. • Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on cross-functional communication. • Willingness to pivot when enterprise priorities shift.
