Description

• Program Manager II manages day-to-day operations for the Global Technical Corps (GTC). • Coordinates and ensures the development of GTC initiatives and projects from initiation to completion. • Supports identification of partnerships and opportunities to achieve strategic goals. • Creates and manages tracking systems for team deliverables and communications. • Develops GTC project workplans outlining project details including roles and responsibilities. • Oversees documentation and reporting, ensuring accuracy and stakeholder updates. • Builds and grows partnerships with internal and external partners. • Manages GTC business growth, leads tracker, and data quality checks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or its international equivalent in international development, project management, or related field. • 8+ years of relevant experience in a non-governmental organization (NGO) working with grant-funded projects and operational support. • Ability to plan and coordinate business operations or administrative and support services. • Comprehensive knowledge of essential aspects of grant-funded programs. • Strong project management skills. • Prior experience in new business development is an asset. • Knowledge of U.S. government regulations, especially USAID, is strongly preferred. • Knowledge of financial and contractual management of contracts including budget design and financial oversight. • Ability to influence and collaborate with teams. • Strong written and oral communication skills; proficiency in English is required. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Strong Microsoft 365 skills, especially Excel.
