Description

• Lead establishment of FHI 360 country finance functions at project start. • Function as interim Finance Manager. • Ensure country setup adheres to financial standards and policies. • Implement FHI360 financial systems and procedures. • Manage finance team and train staff on financial responsibilities. • Provide regular financial analysis and reports. • Direct financial support to country offices throughout project lifecycle. • Evaluate and recommend solutions for internal and external financial needs. • Monitor and update departmental budget and control cash flows. • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or its International Equivalent. • Minimum of 5-8 years related work experience, including 3 years in management. • 3 years working at the corporate or organization level. • Past experience managing a financial analysis department is required. • USAID experience is a must. • Experience managing/leading a finance department is required. • Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish and Arabic is a plus. • Experience in MENA EE LAC Region is a plus. • Prior work in a non-governmental organization (NGO) required. • Experience working with an international organization.
