Description

• Oversee concert and event financial settlements • Lead the comprehensive financial settlement process for events • Collaborate with production and operations teams for accurate financial data • Provide on-site financial coordination support • Prepare and present post-event financial analyses • Own and monitor accounts payable processes • Lead accounts receivable processes • Assist in creating detailed event budgets • Develop comprehensive financial reports and forecasts • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in financial management or event accounting • Proven experience in concert and event settlement processes • Thorough understanding of financial and accounting standards, including GAAP • Strong technical skills in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and financial software platforms • Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and critical thinking skills • High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously • Flexibility to work during evenings or weekends • Ability to travel domestically or internationally as required
