Description

• Support Architectural Service Management (ASM) in their day-to-day responsibilities to scale across multiple teams. • The Business Analyst will be the primary resource for engineering teams to support engineers on dependency management. • Monitor completion of stories, generate reports, analyze individual and team productivity, and identify issues. • Coordinate with ASM and Engineering Managers on resource and skill set needs. • Facilitate planning and deliverables, support execution, optimize productivity with close monitoring of task completion. • Create and maintain active and future development plans in well-structured Epic and Stories.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field and/or equivalent experience. • Customer-driven requirements and technical acumen. • Curious thinking and clear and concise communication. • Bias for action, productive collaboration and effective facilitation. • Precise attention to detail. • Openness to receiving and giving growth-oriented and recognition feedback. • Feedback loop that informs continuous learning and improvement.
