Description
• Lead and support Professional Services education programs • Develop and support educational programs for technical and functional teams • Apply adult learning theory and best practices • Consult with subject matter experts to assess content • Identify and use effective approaches for learning delivery • Develop learning agendas, content plans, and prototypes • Create interactive training and performance support materials • Facilitate reviews and incorporate feedback • Collaborate with Digital Learning team to leverage LMS platforms • Maintain new hire on-boarding programs and update existing courses
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required • Master's degree preferred in relevant discipline(s) • Expertise in Program Management and learning consulting • Independent work across the education life cycle • Experience with enterprise systems such as Workday, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and/or SharePoint • Comfortable with highly technical and complex learning content • Ability to influence and drive progress • High quality instructional designer • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, or other video editing software
