📋 Description

• Join Professional Services team in a hands-on technical expert role. • Develop a deep understanding of FICO’s technology platform and services. • Interact with customers professionally, providing solutions and status updates. • Analyze and document customer requirements to produce technical designs. • Oversee developers responsible for individual domains of change. • Present complex technical data to non-technical personnel. • Suggest improvements to existing processes and collaborate with peers.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in computer science or related disciplines, or relevant technology/domain experience. • Experience in architecture design with strong foundation of architecture models and data structures. • Experience in documenting solution specifications. • Multiple years of relevant professional experience including technical consulting experience. • IT solution design experience of complex, large-scale, and strategic projects. • Strong industry experience in one or more areas: Healthcare, Financial service and Retail/Packaged Goods. • Detailed knowledge of software architecture principles and methodologies. • History of successfully managing a team of technologists (Team size: 3 – 5).
